• 18 retail outlets situated at transport nodes such as taxi/bus ranks and train stations
• A meat packing and processing plant
• A 10 000 square metre distribution centre
• A bakery

All products are handled and packed centrally thus ensuring good cold chain management, consistency of end product and excellent control.
